Who and what this covers
This notice describes how ANTURA Productions uses information in the ANTURA app, including its optional event attendance verification. It covers the choices provided by ANTURA, not the separate practices of an external website you visit.
Information used by the app
Account services use your account identifier, name, email, login information and selected roles. The app also processes the profiles, event details, booking information, messages and other content you choose to provide for its existing features. Public profiles and events may be visible to others; attendance and consent records are not published in the public live-music listings.
Administrative activity monitoring
For signed-in workspace use, ANTURA records an account identifier and name, a random browser-session identifier, workspace type, page path without query parameters, session start and recent activity timestamps. Visible, recently used workspaces periodically report activity to estimate online presence; this does not prove a user is currently logged in. Selected business-record changes are logged with record identifiers, changed field names and, where the save flow provides them, acting users and before/after values. Administrators can send account messages through in-app notifications and email. Monitoring data is restricted to application administrators, including the owner with administrator access, for operation and accountability. It does not capture keystrokes, passwords or screen recordings. These records remain until an administrator removes them; no automatic deletion schedule is configured. Contact an ANTURA administrator for access, correction or removal requests.
Precise location: optional, specific and one-time
ANTURA does not request your location merely because you visit a page. For GPS check-in, you first actively accept the Terms, acknowledge this notice, and separately consent to one location request for that attempt. Only after you select “Verify with GPS” does the app ask your browser or device for permission and a fresh location reading.
The reading includes latitude, longitude, accuracy and a timestamp. It is transmitted securely to ANTURA’s attendance service, which compares it with the administrator-confirmed event location, radius and event time. ANTURA does not store attendee coordinates, measured accuracy or calculated distance in its attendance database, and the check-in implementation does not write them to application logs. It does not use background location tracking, continuous monitoring or location-based advertising. Hosting and security infrastructure may process requests and operational metadata under its own retention practices.
What is saved after check-in
ANTURA saves your account identifier, event identifier, check-in method, submission and verification times, and the result (pending, verified or rejected). Manual claims also save your display name, the details you provide, and the administrator’s review explanation and identifier. Separate consent records record the event, account, method, policy versions, acceptance time, whether GPS was accepted, and the attempt’s expiry and use status. An expired attempt does not automatically erase the consent record.
You can access your own check-in outcome; authorised ANTURA administrators can configure event locations and review claims. Other attendees do not receive your private check-in or consent records. Event coordinates are organiser-supplied event information, not saved attendee location readings.
No-GPS alternatives and your control
You may decline GPS and use a time-limited event code or request manual review instead. These methods do not request your device location. GPS permission is not a condition of browsing, bookings or normal app use. Leave the GPS consent box unchecked on future attempts or revoke location permission in your device or browser settings. Cancelling before submission prevents that reading from being sent; revocation cannot undo a request already processed.
In Settings → Check-in privacy, you can remove your saved check-in history and check-in consent records. These records otherwise remain until you or an administrator removes them; no automatic deletion schedule is currently configured. Removing this history also removes its verification outcome but does not delete your account, cancel bookings or remove unrelated business records. The separate account-deletion control removes your app account only; remove your check-in history first if you want it removed too.
Community referrals
Each registered member may share a personal or event-specific QR link. The app records approximate QR page opens, event and venue detail views, and directions clicks by link. On opening a member referral link, your browser stores a temporary random visit token for up to seven days. If you create an ANTURA account during that period, ANTURA may link your account to the promoter to count one new member and award points; self-referrals and older accounts do not qualify. If your attendance at an event is later verified by GPS, a venue code or an administrator, the promoter can receive additional points. The promoter sees counts and points, not your name, check-in method, coordinates or private attendance record. These referral records are separate from check-in history. QR image generation sends the public destination link to QR Server.
Providers, technical data and external links
ANTURA uses Base44 for hosting, authentication and app data processing. Your browser or operating system may use its location providers to obtain a reading under their own permissions and policies. Network requests can expose operational information such as IP address, browser details and request times to infrastructure providers. The GPS verification feature does not send your coordinates to AI services, sponsors or an external mapping service.
QR opens and detail views are not verified physical visits or unique people. QR Server receives only the public destination link. Directions links open Google Maps with event destination information; following an external link is your choice and that service’s privacy rules apply. Existing app features may send the content you choose to submit to their configured providers as needed to perform those features.
Purposes, rights and questions
Account and event data supports the services you request, security and abuse prevention; optional precise-location processing is based on your specific consent. Access controls restrict private attendance information, but GPS and online services cannot provide absolute guarantees of accuracy or security. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, withdraw consent, and raise a concern with a data-protection authority.
Use the check-in privacy controls for self-service removal and ask your event organiser to connect you with an ANTURA administrator for other privacy questions or attendance corrections. Policy changes will be reflected in the version shown above and the acceptance requested for future check-in attempts.
