Terms of Service

Effective 26 September 2026 · Version 2026-09-26

Using ANTURA

These terms govern your use of ANTURA Productions’ music discovery, profile, booking and attendance features. Use accurate information, keep your account secure and only manage profiles or events you are authorised to manage. Do not impersonate another person, interfere with the service or misuse other people’s information. If you cannot legally agree to these terms yourself, obtain the permission or assistance required by applicable law before using account features.

Events, bookings and availability

Event details are provided by organisers and may change. Confirm schedules, accessibility, admission and cancellation conditions with the venue. A listing, attendance record or check-in is not a ticket, reservation or guarantee of admission. Booking obligations remain subject to the agreements between the relevant parties.

Optional attendance verification

Before submitting a check-in, you must actively agree to these terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. GPS is a separate, optional choice: it requires an unchecked-by-default location consent and your browser or device permission. Declining location access does not prevent browsing, normal app use or the non-location check-in alternatives.

When you select GPS verification, ANTURA requests a single fresh location reading and its accuracy, sends it securely to the attendance service, and checks it against the event’s administrator-confirmed coordinates, permitted radius and scheduled time. A location match supports an attendance check but cannot conclusively prove presence: GPS may be unavailable, inaccurate or spoofed.

Alternatives and interruptions

If GPS is unavailable or you decline it, you can use a valid, time-limited code supplied at the event, or submit an attendance claim for manual admin review. Automatic methods work only during a configured, confirmed event. Manual claims remain pending until approved; they may be rejected if attendance cannot be established. You can continue using the rest of the app while review is pending.

We cannot guarantee uninterrupted connectivity or service. If you are offline or check-in services are unavailable, ask the organiser to note your visit and submit a manual review request when you reconnect. Failed GPS readings, missing permissions and service interruptions do not automatically count as verified attendance.

Fair participation

Check in only for events you actually attend. Do not share event codes with absent people, falsify location readings, create duplicate claims or attempt to approve your own claim. Repeated check-in attempts may be limited. Verified attendance by any check-in method may credit a promoter who referred that member, but it does not grant the attendee admission, money or rewards. Referral points are not redeemable until separate reward terms and availability are published.

Your content and privacy

You retain your rights in content you submit and grant ANTURA permission to process and display it as needed to provide the features you choose. Only submit material you may lawfully share. Do not put precise coordinates or sensitive personal information in manual-review notes. Location processing, stored attendance records, third-party services and your controls are described in the Privacy Policy.

Your choices and applicable rights

You can decline location consent for any attempt, cancel before a reading is submitted, and revoke ANTURA’s location permission in your browser or device settings. Completed checks cannot be undone by revoking device permission; you can remove your check-in history through Settings. This does not cancel your bookings. Account deletion is a separate option.

We may restrict abusive use and update these terms as the service changes. Check-in acceptance is recorded against the displayed policy version. Nothing here excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Raise attendance disputes with an ANTURA administrator through your event organiser; administrators can review pending attendance claims.
